You only need 30 minutes ⏰
5-day workout plan for busy people
Hey friend,
You say you don’t have time to work out,
But what you really mean is you don’t want to be at the gym for 2 hours.
Well, guess what?
You don’t have to.
Instead of dreading the gym, stressing about when you can fit it in during busy work weeks, and overthinking your chances of sustaining a new lifestyle change,
How about you just focus on doing the most effective exercises, with the right intensity, for a short amount of time?
That’s what I did when I first started my 80 lb weight loss journey, and not only was I able to stay consistent with my workouts, but I was absolutely killing it at work too.
If that sounds like a win, then the following workout plan is for you.
It’s a 5-day split that includes quick-but-effective routines for Push Day, Pull Day, Leg Day, and 2 Cardio Days,
And all you need is 30 minutes per day, which is less than the average daily time spent on Instagram in the US.
Combined with a proper nutrition plan (which I already gave you) over 3-6 months, this program will help you slim up, build muscle, and feel amazing in your body.
So ask yourself: would you rather scroll an app that makes you feel stressed, angry, and insecure all at once?
