How to eliminate your bad habits, once and for all

It’s a question I had to ask myself when I first started my 80 lb weight loss journey, and a question you’ll have to ask yourself too.

Like I say in this video: one day, I looked in the mirror and hated what I saw. I knew I could make a change, but it would require intense focus on myself and limiting distractions.

I deleted social media apps, quit playing video games, and honed my focus on what was most important to me: rebuilding my confidence through weight loss and lifestyle optimization.

By focusing on what was really important, I was able to build successful habits that ultimately became the tools that helped me:

  • Build a consistent system for working out and eating right

  • Lower body fat while regaining confidence

  • Find purpose in my life and career

  • Show up better for my friends and family

You can do the same, but it all starts with honesty with yourself.

You really have to have a conversation with yourself on why this is important, and why you want to lose weight, because it’s going to be difficult.
