3 easy ways to reduce your daily calories

How to eliminate sneaky calories

What’s up Drip Fam,

Are you sick and tired of how quickly calories add up?

You do your best to maintain a 1500-1800 calorie diet, but it feels like any time you eat more than 2 meals in the day, you’ve suddenly entered the 3000+ area of weight gain and progress loss.

It frustrates you, demoralizes you, and the next thing you’re ready to completely give up on your fitness transformation because the work feels pointless and impossible. It is so damn irritating and makes you feel like you’ll never win the war against self.

Luckily, I can save you from quitting on yourself.

On my 80-pound weight loss journey, I learned many nutrition hacks that kept me focused and motivated to reach the promised land of a better body, and even more importantly, a better mindset.

Here are 3 easy ways that you can to reduce your daily calories, improve your nutrition, and keep you on course towards a flatter stomach and slimmer jawline.

3 easy ways to minimize calories and maximize nutrition

  1. Swap out those sugary sauces for healthier, sugar-free alternatives. Cutting out excess sugar can make a big difference in your calorie intake without sacrificing flavor.

  1. Prep like a pro by cooking meals in bulk! Save time and stay on track by preparing your meals ahead of time, so you can grab and go throughout the week. No more last-minute fast food!

  1. Maximize your meals by swapping whole eggs for egg whites! Get more volume with fewer calories, keeping you feeling satisfied without the extra guilt.

Weight loss truly is that simple. The key is making informed nutritional decisions that work in your favor because there are sneaky calories in everything.

Reduce sugars, eat lean proteins, fill up on fruits and veggies, and with consistency, that fat will start to fall right off of your body.

Now get after it!

With appreciation,
